- The first time you purchase your PIN, if you purchase from the website, you can take advantage of a substantial discount. The regular price is $3.99 per minute.

- How do I add minutes?

- You can add minutes at any time by calling the special phone number that comes with your PIN. You must have a touch tone phone and a major credit card. If you prefer, you may call Customer Service to add minutes to your PIN.

- What phone number will I call?

- You will be provided with a special phone number at the time you purchase your first PIN. If you are calling from within the United States, you will be able to use a toll-free number.

- Can I call from outside the United States?

- Yes. You will be provided with a phone number with can be used from outside the United States. However, long distance charges may apply, depending on your phone service.

- What if I lose my PIN?

- Will I lose minutes if I call to listen to who is on duty, but don't talk to a psychic?
- You can check the phone service to see which psychics are on duty without incurring any charges - if your psychic of choice is not available, simply hang up in less than 2 minutes, and your minutes will not be deducted.
